TK611C CNC horizontal boring and milling machine adopts a new design concept. The X, Y, Z, W, and B coordinates of the machine tool are independently driven and fed by FANUC OI series servo motors. The CNC system adopts the Japanese FANUC CNC system. The system is safe, reliable, and highly operable. It can realize the linkage processing of the X, Y, and Z axes of the machine tool. It has the characteristics of excellent performance, a wide range of processing technology, high precision, and high production efficiency.

Ø TK611C CNC horizontal boring and milling machine is mainly used for the processing of large and medium-sized parts, especially for boring and plane milling of box-shaped parts with more processes. It can turn internal and external cylindrical surfaces and cut internal annular grooves. It has functions such as automatic drilling cycle and tapping cycle; it meets the requirements of point position, circular coordinate hole system and linear cutting processing technology.

Ø Basic large parts: The bed, column, spindle box, worktable, upper and lower pallets, tail and other large parts are all made of high-quality cast iron and have undergone secondary aging treatment. The bed adopts an overall closed box structure (the main bed/guide rail is cast as a whole), the internal steel bars are reasonably arranged, and a multi-point support method is adopted. It has high rigidity, strong anti-overturning ability, high precision of the whole machine and good stability. This is very good. The machine tool column is fixed on the bed. The column adopts a rectangular cross-section structure, and the internal reinforcement is in a criss-cross form, which has high bending and torsional stiffness.

The machine tool worktable is driven by a cross slide structure. The movement of the worktable is driven by a slide, which is divided into an upper slide and a lower slide. The upper slide realizes the movement of the worktable in the X direction, and the lower slide realizes the movement of the worktable in the Z direction. The upper and lower slide structures ensure that the machine tool has high geometric accuracy.

The tabletop is designed as a square box structure, and the internal reinforcement is in a criss-cross form. It has the characteristics of reasonable layout, high bending and torsional rigidity, and strong bearing capacity.

Ø Machine tool guide rails: The machine tool bed guide rails (Z axis) are four-guide rail structure, of which the two main guide rails are wide rectangular guide rails, and the unloading guide rails are formed between the outer sides of the upper and lower guide rails. Main guide rail (90 degrees) and lower trailer rolling body; There are also two auxiliary guide rails on the bed, and the auxiliary guide rails are steel-inlaid rolling guide pairs.

The machine tool column guide rails (Y axis) are two wider rectangular guide rails, of which the rear guide rails (column guide rails away from the front end of the spindle) are embedded with hardened steel guide plates on the side.

The guide rails on the lower trailer of the machine tool (X axis) use wider rectangular guide rails, and the side is a steel guide rail, which forms an unloading guide rail between the rolling body of the upper trailer.

The positive and 90 degree guide surfaces of the X, Y, and Z axes of the machine tool cooperate with the moving parts. The guide rails of the moving parts are made of imported plastic-coated materials to form rectangular plastic-coated sliding guide pairs; The machine tool rotary motion uses circular guide rails (B axis)
