CXK series CNC vertical turning and milling machining center has the functions of general CNC vertical lathes. It can complete all processing procedures except the bottom surface at one time, including all processes such as turning, milling, boring, drilling, countersinking, tapping and other processes. With the double-swing milling head, it can process more complex workpieces such as blades and other complex surfaces. It has three linkage CNC axes: x, z, c. It is a three-axis linkage device.
The main basic parts and main transmission of the machine tool adopt a thermally symmetrical structure with high thermal stability.
The worktable spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings for radial centering and large thrust ball bearings for axial loading. The worktable has precision indexing and milling feed functions.
The crossbeam has a graded positioning function, the ram is driven by a high-precision ball screw, and the machine tool is equipped with an ATC automatic turning and milling compound tool magazine with 12-20 tool magazine stations to choose from.
The Siemens 840DSL system is used (users can specify other systems); all servo motors and servo drives are Siemens products.
All castings are made of HT300 gray cast iron (the ram is ductile iron) and are treated with artificial heat aging. All electrical parts, bearings, key components, and hydraulic parts are products from well-known manufacturers.
