Description

GMC series gantry machining center adopts fixed bed and movable worktable; the spindle box moves up and down with the slide; it can also move left and right along the beam to realize three-axis linkage; it is equipped with a 22KW main boring and milling head. The main milling head of the machine tool has the functions of milling, boring, drilling, countersinking, etc., and is suitable for the processing of large and medium-sized parts in machinery, steel, energy, automobile, aerospace, weapons, ships and other industries. After being equipped with an accessory milling head, the workpiece can be clamped once, and the installation of a right-angle milling head can be used for five-sided processing, one machine can be used for multiple purposes, and the processing efficiency of the workpiece is improved.

Product advantages:

  1. X-axis: The worktable reciprocates longitudinally along the fixed bed rail. X-axis transmission: AC servo motor drives ball screw transmission to drive the worktable to achieve X-axis linear motion. Guide rail type: Taiwan HIWIN three-row 65-type roller linear guide.
  2. Y-axis: The milling head slide reciprocates along the crossbeam guide. Y-axis drive: AC servo motor drives ball screw transmission. Guide rail type: 2 Taiwan HIWIN 65-type roller linear guides
  3. Z-axis: The milling head slide reciprocates vertically along the sliding guide. Z-axis transmission: AC variable frequency motor is used to drive the spindle box to feed one step through the ball screw, and double-bar counterweight guide rails are added: plastic-coated sliding composite guide rails. The spindle box guide rails are first processed by high-frequency quenching and then fine-ground by a grinder.
  4. Large parts: Large parts of machine tools include bed, worktable, column, crossbeam, milling head slide, milling head slide, milling head, etc. The large parts of the machine tool are made of resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron. The large pieces of wool are also subjected to heat aging treatment, rough machining and secondary tempering to eliminate internal stress; after phase machining, they are fully aged to eliminate residual stress during machining; the finishing is carried out on a CNC gantry boring and milling machine with free clamping and high speed. Light cutting gives the machine tool good rigidity and precision stability.
