Description
MCG series gantry machining center is mainly used for medium and large automobile cold stamping molds, as well as aerospace industry, equipment manufacturing precision and complex parts of multi-variety, small and medium batch processing. It can meet the usual milling, drilling, tapping, boring, inner hole, outer circle, plane, step, cone, sphere, groove, and 2D or 3D complex surface of various high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, heat-resistant alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, cast steel and other materials for rough and fine processing of forgings and blanks. The equipment can be equipped with a heavy-duty five-axis milling head, which can realize five-axis five-linkage, and can process various complex surfaces such as spheres and ellipsoids.
