Castings:
The machine body is made of high-rigidity resin sand casting with thermal/vibration stress relief
(VSR) aging treatment. Steel parts are tempered.

Machine structure:
Thermosymmetric gantry frame structure
The machine adopts a stable thermosymmetric gantry frame structure, which is mainly composed of a base,
worktable, left and right columns, crossbeams, top beams, tool heads, hydraulic systems and electrical systems.
The columns and crossbeams are box-shaped castings with many reinforcing ribs. The two columns are
connected by the top beam and bolted to the base at the bottom, thus forming an excellent
rigid and stable structure, which can perform stable heavy cutting even under harsh cutting conditions.
Base with spindle and bearings
The base is made of high-strength ribbed grey cast iron and rough-machined to eliminate stress.

Features of hydrostatic bearings:

D). The safety system adjusts the hydrostatic pressure for optimal safety.
Workbench:
The workbench is made of high-grade cast iron with many reinforcing ribs for excellent rigidity. Four heavy-duty
jaws are mounted on the workbench. A ring gear is installed under the workbench. The surface under the table is engraved with wear-resistant zinc-aluminum alloy lining.
